Schokomuffin - soooooo lecker (gluten frei)

Ich liebe diese Muffins ...

Das Rezept ist von Schwiegermutti und eigentlich ein Blechkuchen ... egal ... geht auch als Muffin und ist LECKER ...

Mein Mann hat den Kuchen schon als kleiner Junge gern gegessen ...

Schokoladen – Muffin (glutenfrei)

Hier also das Rezept:

Zutaten für ca. 24 Stück:

300 g Mehl – glutenfrei

1 x Backpulver

300 g Zucker

4 Eier
400 g Saure Sahne

200 ml Öl

1 Prise Salz

3 ½ EL Kakaopulver

Alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen.

Bei 160 °C Umluft für ca. 30 Minuten backen.

Glasur:

7 EL Puderzucker

3 EL Kakaopulver

7 EL Kondensmilch / Kaffeesahne

1 TL Weinbrand
125 g Kokosfett (Palmin)

Dekoration:

Glitzer, Perlen, bunte Streusel … nach Wahl

Einhorn Kürbis häkeln - kostenlose Anleitung

Hier meine Anleitung:

Einhorn – Kürbis

HÄKELNADEL: 3 mm

SONSTIGES: Stopfnadel, Füllwatte

GARN Stärke 3 – 4

ABKÜRZUNGEN

Abn = Abnahme (2 M mit 1 fM zusammenhäkeln)

FM = feste Masche

KM = Kettmasche

LM = Luftmasche

M = Masche

Rd(n) = Runden(n)

Stb = Stäbchen

Rstb = Reliefstäbchen

Zun = Zunahme (2 fM in angezeigte M - → invisible decrease)

Immer beginnend mit einem Fadenring (magic loop) und die Runden fortlaufend in einer Spirale häkeln. (Außer Mähne und Stängel)

Kürbis

Farbe: weiß

1. Rd.: 6 FM in den „Anfangskreis“ häkeln

2. Rd.: jede FM Zun (= 12 FM)

3. Rd.: jede 2. FM Zun (=18 FM)

4: Rd.: jede 3. FM Zun (= 24 FM)

5. Rd.: jede 4. FM Zun (= 30 FM)

6. Rd.: jede 5. FM Zun (= 36 FM)

7. Rd.: jede 6. FM Zun (= 42 FM)

8. Rd.: jede 7. FM Zun (= 48 FM)

Haare / Mähne

5 Farben: gelb, orange, pink, türkis, grün

mit der 1. Farbe beginnen:

15 LM anschlagen
in die 2. Masche ab der Nadel stechen - FM häkeln (=14 FM)

nochmals 15 LM anschlagen

und wieder in die 2. Masche ab der Nadel stechen - FM häkeln (=14 FM)
Einen langen Faden zum annähen der Strähnen lassen.

Mit den restlichen Farben wiederholen.

Stiel / Stängel

Farbe: braun

8 LM anschlagen und mit 1 KM zum Ring schließen
1. Rd.: 8 Stb

2. Rd.: 8 RStb

3. Rd.: jedes Relief-Stb. mit einem RStb. Abn (= 4 M)
4. Rd.: 4 RStb

Unicorn pumpkin - crochet pattern free

I crochet a

unicorn pumpkin

Now the pattern:

Unicorn – Pumpkin

CROCHET HOOK: 3 mm

OTHERS: tapestry needle

ABBREVIATIONS (US terms):

dec = sc decrease (sc 2 stitches together, → invisible decrease)

sc = single crochet

slst = slip stitch

ch = chain

st(s) = stitch(es)

rnd(s) = round(s)

dc = double

pdc = post double crochet
inc = sc increase (2 sc into the same stitch)

You don't have to close the rounds with a slst, instead work the cap in a spiral. Start with a magic loop.

Pflaumen Crumble (glutenfrei) und tolle Früchte ...

Der Herbst ist da ... und wir waren ernten ...

Schaut euch die tollen Früchte an ... ich freue mich schon auf die Marmelade ...

Als Stärkung zum Kaffee gab es schnell einen

Pflaumen - Crumble

Hier das Rezept:
Streuselteig:
          300 g   glutenfreies Mehl
          100 g    Zucker
          200 g    Butter

Alle Zutaten verkneten. Die Hälfte der Streusel in eine Auflaufform geben und etwas andrücken.
