Oreo - Cookies

Heute ist Muffin - Mittwoch ... und ich habe so einiges nachzureichen bzw. "abzuarbeiten" ...

Und habe ich Cookies gebacken:
 

Oreo-Cookies

Zutaten für ca. 16 Stück:

12 Oreo-Kekse oder andere Schokokekse mit Cremefüllung (ca. 130 g) - hacken

125 g Butter (weich)

175 g Zucker

125 g Frischkäse

180 g Mehl

½ TL Backpulver

Alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen und zu 16 Cookies formen.

Bei 160 °C Umluft für ca. 20 Minuten backen.

Sie sind etwas auseinander gelaufen ... aber soooooo lecker!

Schon gezeigt bzw. gebacken hatte ich die Cookies für Sarah & Christian.
