ein leeres, großes Glas
Vitamine (als Pulver oder Tabletten)
Kräuter (in flüssiger Form 😉) 
was Prickelndes (Brausepulver)
Schokolade
und eine Zitrone

Alles einpacken - und fertig zum verschenken!
