Sahne - Whisky – Muffin (glutenfrei & fruktosefrei)


Ich liebe Muffins ... heute:
 
Sahne - Whisky – Muffin (glutenfrei & fruktosefrei)

Zutaten für ca. 12 Stück:
100 g Mehl – glutenfrei
50 g Speisestärke – glutenfrei
½ x Backpulver (2 ½ TL)
100 g Traubenzucker
50 g gemahlene Mandeln
3 Eier
125 ml Öl
50 ml Kondensmilch / Kaffeesahne
50 ml schwarzen Kaffee
3 EL Whisky
100 g fruktosefreie Zartbitter - Schokolade


Alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen.

Bei 160 °C Umluft für ca. 30 Minuten backen.

Dekoration:
Kakaopulver
